​Mariela Ampuero is a Human Resources Director
with more than 30 years of experience in the
field. She worked for Cargill for 27 years and
most recently for Regis Corp. She has served on
the Girl Scouts River Valleys Board of Directors
and held the chair role of the Talent and
Compensation Committee of the Girl Scouts
River Valleys Board of Directors.

Mariela grew up in Lima, Peru where she
studied International Business and later
received Human Resources Certificates from
the University of Minnesota.
