Available Position: Board Secretary

The Secretary is responsible for keeping records of board actions, including overseeing the taking of minutes at all board meetings, sending out meeting announcements, adding and removing board members from systems, management of the organization's calendar, organizing food and drink volunteers, and distributing copies of minutes and the agenda to each board member when meetings are held in person.
