
Dianne Russo
​Dianne Russo (she/her) is an experienced leader, with over 30 years of experience in delivering results and developing people in Operations, Information Technology, Information Security, Human Resources, and Executive Education. Dianne has held a variety of senior leadership roles in New York, North Carolina, Illinois, and Minnesota. She is currently Director of Corporate Partnerships at INSEAD, the global business school. She works with leaders from organizations headquartered in the Americas to design, develop, and deliver custom executive development programs. Dianne has undergraduate degrees from Bowling Green State University in Ohio and from SUNY: Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. She is a graduate of the Kellogg Management Institute at Northwestern University and has a Master’s in Business Administration, specializing in Organizational Behavior, from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Dianne is certified in the Hogan Assessment, IHHP’s Emotional Intelligence, and the Insights Discovery Assessment. From 2015 to 2017, Dianne was a faculty member at Lake Forest Graduate School. She designed and delivered manager and leader training and development sessions and was also MBA faculty at Lake Forest, teaching the Leading Organizational Change course. In 2016 and 2017, Dianne received awards for Academic Leadership by the school. In her free time, Dianne enjoys art, music, reading, outdoor activities and traveling with her husband, her daughter who lives in Minneapolis, son who lives in Denver, and her rescue dog.
