Sarah Battis

Sarah Leonard Battis (she/her) is a sunny professional with 6+ years of experience working in various nonprofits. Originally from California, she holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology & Anthropology from the University of Notre Dame and has always pursued mission-driven and community-centered work, which led her to working with the Red Cross of Alaska, the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northland, Girl Scouts River Valleys, and The Family Partnership. 

 

Sarah participated in the LOTT Fellowship in 2023, and her positive experience led her to join LOTT as a Program Committee Member for two years before joining the Board as the Program Committee co-chair in 2025. 

 

In her spare time, you'll likely find Sarah going for walks or bike rides, knitting, or otherwise spending time with friends, her spouse, or pet bunny.
