
Erin Williams Rodriguez
Erin Williams Rodriguez (she/her) is a nonprofit manager with a broad range of experience - institutional giving officer, grant writer, sponsorship manager, events manager, and nonprofit management consultant. She is presently the Grants Program Manager for Mary’s Pence, a grassroots nonprofit that funds women’s organizations in the U.S., Central America, and Mexico.
Erin began her career as an intern in a Texas state senator’s office and later as volunteer coordinator for the SE Houston regional campaign headquarters. During this time, she gained valuable experience in public relations, community education, campaigning, and the legislative process. Later, she would complete the education requirements for a Texas loan officer license and earn her Texas real estate license. In her first year as a real estate agent, she and her team were recognized among the top ten teams in Houston, TX by sales units.
Erin’s other pursuits have included rock climbing, dance, choreography, singing jazz, acting, dramaturgy, theatrical design, and directing. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre, summa cum laude, from Sam Houston State University (Huntsville, TX) and a Master of Arts in Performing Arts Administration from New York University (New York, NY). She is a member of PEAK Grantmaking and a certified Story Stitch facilitator.
Erin lives in Eagan with her husband, young adult child, and beloved adopted pekingese, Peaches aka "Puggy." As Governance Chair, Erin looks forward to supporting Leaders of Today and Tomorrow to further women’s leadership in all sectors of society.
