Amanda Golly

Amanda  Golly (she/her) works at Metropolitan Alliance of Connected Communities  (MACC) as the VP of HR Services.  In this role, she leads a team of HR  Professionals who collaborate with at least 20 small to mid-sized  nonprofits in the Twin Cities area on their HR needs around compliance,  strategic new policy design, implementation of systems, and navigating  employee relations.

Amanda  is an active volunteer, fitness instructor and coach. In addition to her  role at Leaders of Today and Tomorrow, she is also the board chair for  BenefitsMN.

Amanda  earned a master’s degree in Leadership from Augsburg College and a  bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a minor in women’s  studies and multicultural studies from St. Cloud State University.
