Brittany Haigh

Brittany  Haigh (she/her) made the Twin Cities her home when she pursued a degree  in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota - Twin  Cities. Later, she went on to receive her MBA with an emphasis in Human  Resources from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. 

She is currently serving as a Principal Employee Relations Partner at  C.H. Robinson, providing comprehensive employee relations consultation.  Brittany's career also includes significant roles at Medtronic and  Hennepin Healthcare, where she managed complex employee relations issues  and led projects aimed at improving organizational effectiveness. Her  experience also extends to Cornell University, where she facilitated  certificate courses in Human Resources, contributing to the learning and  development of students.

In addition to professional roles, Brittany has been an active  volunteer, consulting with nonprofits on human resources tasks and  mentoring through various formal programs. 

Outside of work and volunteering, Brittany enjoys traveling, playing volleyball, gardening and spending time with friends.
