Brittany is an emerging corporate professional and passionate advocate for empowering the next generation of leaders. She is committed to helping young professionals recognize their strengths, navigate professional environments with confidence, and create meaningful opportunities for themselves and others.

Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) part-time while building her career in the corporate world. Her professional experience includes serving as a career counselor, where she helped individuals identify their strengths, make informed career decisions, and develop the confidence and skills needed to pursue their goals.

As a French, Brazilian, and American woman, Brittany brings a multicultural perspective and a deep understanding of the importance of feeling seen, heard, and valued in professional spaces. Her experiences have shaped her commitment to creating environments where young professionals (particularly those navigating unfamiliar or challenging professional settings) feel equipped to advocate for themselves, pursue leadership opportunities, and define success on their own terms.

Through her work with Leaders of Today and Tomorrow (LOTT), Brittany is excited to share her perspective, professional experience, and passion for mentorship to help cultivate a generation of confident, capable, and purpose-driven leaders.
