Ishaa Dhamne

Ishaa Dhamne is a financial advisor with Earned Wealth Advisors, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial in Edina. She is passionate about guiding people to navigate their financial decisions with confidence. She strives to understand what motivates and energizes people in order to help them create the life they desire.

Ishaa attended the University of Minnesota, where she was the Director of Diversity & Inclusion for her sorority, Chi Omega. The mission of women’s empowerment is incredibly close to her heart. She is equally committed to supporting the greater Minneapolis & St. Paul community. Ishaa volunteers as a Shelter Support Volunteer at Simpson Housing Services, a Minneapolis nonprofit focused on assisting those affected by homelessness.

On the personal side, Ishaa is deeply interested in spirituality and personal growth. She believes that self-awareness, mindfulness, and lifelong learning are essential components of a fulfilling life. She is also a fitness and travel enthusiast! Overall, Ishaa believes in  approaching challenges with compassion, resilience, and a positive mindset, both in her personal and her professional endeavors.
