Pachia Xiong

Pachia Xiong is a Human Resources leader with over 12 years of experience managing core HR operations, regulatory compliance and employee relations. Known for her diverse, multi-sector exposure, Pachia has successfully implemented foundational personnel workflows, streamlined systems and navigated complex labor strategies across public, non-profit, corporate and family-owned environments. She currently serves as an HR Generalist, where she specializes in translating organizational goals into functional, airtight operational practices. Blending traditional people operations with modern agile frameworks, Pachia is a Certified Product Owner Scrum Professional (CPOSP) and holds dual bachelor's degrees in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from Metropolitan State University. As the newest member of the Governance Committee for Leaders of Today and Tomorrow, she looks forward to leveraging her background in regulatory governance and process design to support the organization's strategic growth, infrastructure and mission of empowering emerging women leaders.
