
Sara Schug
Sara Schug is the Digital Content Administrator for the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) and the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA), where she supports digital content, educational programs, and cross-functional initiatives that improve communication and the member experience. Her background includes strategic communications, digital strategy, website management, and process improvement.
Sara enjoys bringing people, processes, and technology together to create clarity, improve communication, and strengthen collaboration. She believes practical solutions and meaningful connections help people and organizations succeed together.
Outside of her professional role, Sara serves on the board of the Eden Prairie Boys Basketball Association as a third-grade commissioner and volunteers as a Small Group Leader at Eden Prairie Assembly of God, where she mentors elementary and preteen students. She enjoys investing in her community through mentorship, service, and leadership.
Sara earned a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She also completed the Women in Leadership Executive Education program through the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
