Taylor Roberson

Taylor Roberson is a graduate of Hamline University with a BA in Political Science. She currently serves as a Sales and Development Director at Minnesota Women’s Press. Taylor leads client engagement, builds client relationships, implements retention strategies, and revenue growth strategies that amplify underrepresented voices. Taylor continues to successfully cultivate equity and inclusion within the nonprofit and corporate settings. Before joining the Minnesota Women’s Press, Taylor continued her leadership experience in entrepreneurial work in the social selling space. Along with her first career in the retail industry, she started in 2018. Taylor continues to work towards advancement opportunities in this field. Gives Taylor the experience and professional insights as a woman of color to lead and develop teams, and to run business operations. Taylor continues to do so to this day. Taylor brings to the LOTT Leaders of Today and Tomorrow her professional lived experiences. She hopes she will deepen her network, grow as a culturally competent leader, and continue supporting equity-driven initiatives that center community voice and access.
